Returns

Customers are welcome to return an item to Rugs of Petworth within 7 days for a full refund. Items returned after 7 days but within 3 weeks may be exchanged for another item of the same value, or issued as a credit note.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, you can expect to receive the funds within 7 days. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to Rugs of Petworth. Please contact us to arrange returning an item.
